He graduated from Istanbul (Çapa) Faculty of Medicine with 3rd place in the Faculty and 1st place in the Dean’s Achievement Awards.

He completed his specialization training in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at Istanbul (Çapa) Faculty of Medicine.

He continued his studies in the field of shoulder and elbow surgery as a visiting research fellow at the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology, University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine in the United States. One of his studies from this period, “Posteromedial rotatory incongruity of the elbow: a computational kinematics study,” was nominated for the Charles Neer Award by the American Academy of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery. With his scientific studies and expertise in the field of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery, he won the European Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Society Training Scholarship in 2023 and completed advanced shoulder and elbow surgery training at 9 reference centers with leading experts in 7 different European countries (Belgium, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Denmark, France, England). He received the best oral presentation awards a total of three times for his various studies: at the 27th and 30th National Turkish Orthopedics and Traumatology Congresses, and at the 10th Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Congress.

He completed his mandatory public service as a specialist physician at Avcılar Murat Kölük State Hospital. He worked for 6 years at the Orthopedics and Traumatology Clinic of Acıbadem Maslak Hospital. For 5 years, he continued his academic work at Acıbadem MAA University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology, first as a lecturer and then as an associate professor. He is an active member of the European Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Society, the Turkish Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Society, the European Sports Injuries, Arthroscopy and Knee Surgery Society, and the Turkish Sports Injuries, Arthroscopy and Knee Surgery Society. He has published 24 book chapters, 32 scientific articles, and 86 oral and poster presentations.
